Turn Around Time:
I ask that you give me 14-21 (business days) to fulfill ALL orders. Remember these are custom made and this is not my only job, so I work very hard to get orders out in this time frame. If your order is going to take longer for some reason - you will be notified.
Please be aware that shirt brands may differ. If your size is out of stock, I will make the next closest substitution. Shirt stock is out of my control.
Shipping is offered in several different ways, but is free over $50. Just make sure you choose the option "Free Shipping" when you are checking out. Shipping times are displayed when checking out. I am not responsible for any package once it is dropped off at USPS or at UPS.
** Please remember shipping is CRAZY right now. Sometimes USPS does not scan packages. Also, UPS and USPS both are backed up and overwhelmed. Please give them some flexibility when shipping packages. Again, I am not responsible for any package once it's been dropped off, but if a problem arises, contact me and I will handle it the best I can. I don't have a lot of problems with lost packages. **
I love custom orders! I'm always down to attempt anything you want. If you have a custom item in mind, click the 'Contact Me' page at the top (next to policies/info).
All orders are FINAL once placed. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. I order these materials and it is not fair for me to suffer the cost and then cancel the sale. If there is a problem with your order on my end, I will always fix it and make it right, no matter the consequence. If you have problems, please reach out, but I ask that you do so within 7 business days from receiving your order.
